Motion made by Bob Spirito to accept the agenda; seconded by Sarah McIver; approved unanimously.

C. Approval of Minutes

Motion made by Bob Spirito to accept the minutes; seconded by Catherine Gootkin; approved unanimously.

D. Coordinator’s Report

Motion made by Catherine Gootkin to accept the Coordinator’s Report; seconded by Sarah McIver; approved unanimously.

E. Open Floor

Jane Mills initiated a discussion based on some topics that have appeared in the news. Peaches Quinn initiated a discussion on the complaint process.

Lieutenant Peterson introduced the newly-assigned Sergeant Rachel Ross as the second-in-command at IV&E. Sergeant Ross provided her background information.

Kathleen Foster of Corporation Counsel introduced herself as CRB counsel.

IV&E report to be given during Executive Session.
